摘要
淮南地区电网保护故障管理信息系统是基于EMS平台的一体化故障信息分析系统,实现了保护信息与远动信息的模型共享、实时信息共享,同时也对EMS的高级应用提供了基础性支持,如DTS定值仿真技术。当电网发生故障时,能及时把远方变电站的继电保护动作情况和录波波形传送到主站,调度人员和继保人员可以结合保护信息和系统提供的实时数据,快速地获取电网一次设备的遥测、遥信和网络岛信息,快速地进行事故分析、调度决策。
Automatic management information system for protective relaying and fault recorder in Huainan is based on the integration of EMS platforms fault information analysis system.It solves the protection of information and remote information sharing model,real-time information sharing,but also provides the basic support on the EMS advanced applications,such as the DTS value simulation technology.Failure in the power grid,the system quickly transfers the remote substation relay operation and record waveforms to the main station.Then,according to the real-time data of the protection information and system information,dispatcher and relay protection engineer can fast access to telemetry,remote islands and networks of the power primary equipment and quickly accident analysis,scheduling decisions.
