摘要
首先介绍了电网调度运行工作的性质,从发用电平衡、倒闸操作、事故及异常处理三个方面对电网调度运行安全管理工作进行了分析,对电网风险管控措施进行了归纳和总结。
First,the nature of the electric power-grid dispatching is introduced.Then,from three aspects of the electricity balance,switching operation and the accident treatment,power-grid dispatching safety management is analyzed.The risk control measures on the grid are summarized and concluded.
