摘要
目的:调查了解社区残疾人主观幸福感状况及其影响因素。方法:采用自编社会生活状况调查表、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、主观幸福感指数量表(IOWB)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),随机抽样的入户访谈式调查,评定74名残疾人主观幸福感及其影响因素,以74例非残疾人作对照。结果:社区残疾人主观幸福感水平低于非残疾人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);残疾人的主观幸福感状况与社会支持中的客观支持、主观支持、利用度及总分呈正相关,而面对型应对方式、屈从型应对方式以及SDS得分呈负相关,其中应对方式各因子、社会支持各因子及SDS得分有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:社区残疾人主观幸福感受多种因素影响,如社会支持、应对方式、人格因素等。据此,提供客观支持,学会积极地应对方式可能是提高残疾人主观幸福感的有效途径。
Objective：To investigate the subjective well-being status in community residents with disability and the influential factors.Methods：We conducted the survey on 74 residents with disability using Self-programmed Social Living Questionnaire,General Well-being Schedule（GWB）,Subjective Well-being Index Scale,Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）,Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire（MCMQ） and Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS） for estimating their subjective well-being status and its influential factors,and recruited another 74 health subjects as controls.Results： Residents with disability had lower level of life satisfaction compared with the health subjects（P0.05）,and their well-being status was positively correlated with both subjective and objective social supports as well as availability of the supports and total scoring of the rating.Yet,the confronting and yielding coping styles were negatively related to the well-being and scoring on SDS,in which all factors associated with coping styles and social support as well as scoring on SDS suggested statistical difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：The findings suggest that subjective well-being in population with disability is associated with influential factors of diversity,such as social supports available,coping styles confronting problems and personality tendency.Consequently,provision of social support and self-discipline of positive style towards life may be important to improve the life satisfaction in this population group.
