摘要
蜂花粉经微波消解完全后,通过ICP-OES测定了其多种微量元素的含量。结果表明,蜂花粉中含有丰富的微量元素,平均含量以钙、铁、镁居多,分别为1 118.110、782.135、82.351mg/kg;其它被检测的微量元素均有一定的含量,且均在人体健康适用范围之内;有毒害性的元素铅、镉含量极微。由此可见,蜂花粉因其含量丰富的微量元素而具有极高的营养价值。
The bee pollen has been dissolved by microwave digestion and the content of trace element in several trace elements have been tested by ICP - OES. The result showed that the bee pollen has a plenty of trace elements, including highly content to Ca, Mg, Fe, the separatly average content was 1 118. 11 mg/kg, 782. 135 mg/kg, 82. 351 mg/kg. All of the other trace elements also be measured have certain content, and they are all in the human body health content limits, and the poisonous elements of Pb and Cd have extremely low content. It concludes the bee pollen has a very high nutritional value for its rich content of microelements.
