摘要
通过对甘肃境内收集的40个灰楸无性系幼苗生长性状的观测记录,经差异显著性分析及对各性状指标的灰色关联度分析,从形态生长和光合生理方面优选了其中的优良无性系。结果表明,在供试的40个灰楸无性系中,天古灰04、天灰34、正楸04、麦积山灰3、庄廓灰5等5个无性系在苗高、地径、比叶重等生长性状方面与其它无性系有显著差异（P〈0.05）;灰色关联度分析也表明以上5个无性系的关联度均在0.653 6-0.696 5之间,关联度相对较大,说明其综合生长性状较好。从光合生理方面来看,正楸01、庄廓灰9、樊王灰1、樊王灰2无性系的幼苗光合效率较高,具有较强的生长势。
Based on observation records of growth traits of 40 Catalpa fargesii clone seedling collected from Gansu province territory,different significant analysis and grey relational analysis of traits indicators,optimal clones were se-lected from aspects of morphology growth and physiological photosynthesis.The results showed that among 40 Catalpa fargesii of the experiment,5 clones including ＇Tiangu hui 04＇,＇Tian hui 34＇,＇Zhenqiu 04＇,＇Maijishan hui 3＇,＇Zhuangkuo hui 5＇ had significant difference（P〈0.05） with other clones in growth characteristics such as seedling height,ground diameter and specific leaf weight;grey relational analysis also indicated that the above five clones are 0.653 6-0.696 5,correlation degree was relatively larger,comprehensive growth traits were better.From the photosyn-thetic physiological standpoint,photosynthetic efficiency of clones seedlings including ＇Zhenqiu 01＇,＇Zhuangkuo hui 9＇,＇Fanwang hui 1＇,＇Fanwang hui 2＇,was higher and had stronger growth potential.
