摘要
运用建模仿真方法研究了实际中小型客车厂混流装配线系统平衡问题。在对混流装配线物流系统建立时间着色Petri网(TCPN)模型的基础上,应用物流软件AutoMod,重点对该系统进行仿真优化。对原实际客车混流总装配线进行仿真分析,发现系统各工位的资源利用率很不平衡,并且存在瓶颈。通过资源调整,从整体上改进优化了总装配线系统,使工位资源利用率更平衡,客车在总装配线上的等待数量减少约47%,下线产量提高了8%,明显提高了系统的效率。
The paper studies actual balance issue of interflow a ss embly line of medium and small scale passenger car manufactory using modeling an d simulation.Based on the colored Petri net(TCPN)modeling of interflow assemb ly line,the paper applies simulation and optimization to the system using logis tics software AutoMod.It found from the simulation analysis applied to the actu al interflow assembly line that the resource utilization at each station of the system is very uneven,and the system is confronted with bottlenecks.By resourc e adjustments,the paper improves and optimizes total assembly line system on an overall basis,allowing more balanced station resource utilization,about 47% r eduction in total number of buses waiting on the total assembly line,and 8% inc rease in output,which significantly improves the efficiency of the system.
