摘要
文章将国产1515-54″有梭织机的送经机构增加了织轴的直径及纱线张力感应的自动检测装置,使经纱张力稳定,减少了云织、稀密路等疵点。结果表明:企业改造费用低,安装维修方便,提高了生产效率、产品质量和效益。
The Let-off mechanism of 1515-54″ shultle loom was modified.The automatic testing device for warp been diameter and yarn tension induction was added in to make warp tension stable and decrease defects of uneven weaving and motion mark.The modification has the advantages of low cost,convenient for installation and maintainance,as well as improvement of production efficiency,product quality and economic benefit of enterprise.
