摘要
学习型组织理论一经提出，就被成功地运用到企业管理领域，后来被扩展到城市管理、政府管理、社会管理、政党建设等诸多领域。本文借鉴学习型组织理论，分析了学习型党组织的内涵，总结了高校院系级学习型党组织的特征，提出了高校院系创建学习型党组织的策略。
Once the theory of learning organization has been brought up it was successfully applied to Business Management. Then it has been applied to more and more fields such as Urban Management, Government Management, Society Management and Party Building, etc. This paper analyzes the connotation, summarizes the characteristics of the learning party organization in department, and brings up a strategy to build it with the theory in universities as well.
