摘要
列举了财务管理的目标,进行了资本结构理论分析,总结出我国企业资本结构目前存在的问题,并提出我国企业资本结构的优化措施。
The article lists the target of financial management and analyze the captial structure theories,and summerizes the current existing problems in Chinese enterprises captial structure,puts forward some optimization measures.
