摘要
在电视大学基础上建设开放大学,就要进一步探讨和认识办好开放大学的根本目的和价值,从而充分认识建设开放大学的必要性和重要性。在广播电视大学长期教育实践的基础上,开放大学作为高等教育的补充,不仅具有提供教育私人收益、培养终身学习者的个体价值,而且对于更好地"发展远程教育和继续教育,建设全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会",促进社会公平具有重要的社会价值。
On the basis of Radio TV University,the essential purpose and values of setting up Open University should be further discussed and realized,and therefore the necessity and importance of development of Open University can be better understood.Due to the long practice of education in RTVU,Open University as the complementation of higher education can not only provide individual values for the need of personal education and lifelong learner,but social values for the development of distance education and continuing education in order to construct an all learning and lifelong learning society and improve the social equity.
