摘要
通过建立数学模型,利用诺思的外部性理论,说明出口企业污染环境是负外部性的典型事例,政府有效监管将改变出口企业成本博弈.同时分析发达国家实施"碳关税"对出口企业成本博弈的影响,阐述我国发展低碳经济的挑战和对策.
Establishing the mathematical model and using North＇s externality theory,the article indicates the phenomenon of export enterprises polluting the environment is a typical example of negative externalities,government＇s effective supervision to the cost of export enterprises will change the result of game.Simultaneous game analysis the influence of ＂carbon tariff＂ implemented by developed countries to the cost of export enterprises.The article also explains the challenges and countermeasures on China＇s development of low-carbon economy.
