摘要
为了计算纤维塑料筋(FRP筋)的预应力损失大小,通过试验与计算相结合的方法对预应力碳纤维增强材料CFRP筋混凝土梁的应力损失进行研究。通过对6根预应力CFRP筋混凝土梁应力损失的测量,结合相关计算,得出以下结论:CFRP筋预应力损失的量值与钢绞线预应力损失的量值基本类似,采用分项计算的办法来计算CFRP筋的预应力损失,并且预应力总的损失计算值与实测值比较接近,误差在15%以内。
In order to study the prestressing loss of fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) tendons, the prestressing loss experiment of six concrete beams prestressed with CFRP tendons is carried out. Based on the measured values of experiment, combined with relevant calculating, the prestressing loss of FRP tendons are studied, and the corresponding design suggestions are proposed. The results show that the contents of prestressing loss of CFRP tendons are similar to stee! cables, and the approach of subentry calculating total loss of prestressing can be used for CFRP tendons. The calculated results were dose to those of the tests, and the error is within 15%.
