氮酮对如意金黄乳膏体外透皮吸收的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究氮酮对如意金黄乳膏体外透皮吸收的影响。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池,选择大鼠腹部皮肤为渗透屏障,用HPLC测定样品中大黄酚含量,比较氮酮质量浓度对如意金黄乳膏透皮吸收的影响,得出不同时间段的累积渗透率,计算渗透速率常数。结果:氮酮质量浓度为0,1%,2%,3%,4%的如意金黄乳膏样品渗透速率常数分别为0.006 06,0.009 47,0.018 74,0.019 18,0.015 05μg.cm-2.h-1。结论:可选择氮酮作为如意金黄乳膏的促透剂,最佳质量浓度为3%。 Objective:To study effect of azone on transdermal absorption in vitro of Ruyijinhuang cream.Method:Modified Franz diffusion cell was used,selected rat abdominal skin as permeability barriers,the content of chrysophanol in samples was determined by HPLC,effect of concentrations of azone on transdermal absorption of Ruyijinhuang cream were compared.Cumulative percentage of permeation at different time period was attained,and calculated penetration rate constant.Result:Penetration rate constants of Ruyijinhuang cream samples were 0.006 06,0.009 47,0.018 74,0.019 18,0.015 05 μg·cm-2·h-1 respectively corresponding to the concentrations of azone at 0,1%,2%,3%,4%.Conclusion:Azone could be chosen as transdermal enhancer of Ruyijinhuang cream with the concentration of 3%.
