摘要
基于对我国监理责任保险发展现状的分析,通过对国外监理责任保险实务和发展趋势的研究,借鉴其有益经验,就进一步发展我国监理责任保险提出建议。
Based on the analysis towards current status of PLI in china and the research on practice and development trend overseas,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the further more development of PLI for supervising engineers in china.
