应用型本科会计教学体系研究——基于岗位胜任力视角被引量：8

摘要 2010年全国教育工作会议精神和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》明确了“优先发展、育人为本、改革创新、促进公平、提高质量”的教育工作方针。提出了到2020年基本上实现教育现代化，基本上形成学习型社会，进人人力资源强国的战略目标。对于专升本应用型普通高校的会计人才培养也提出了更高的要求。如何培养出具有核心竞争力的会计学专业创新型毕业生，将是每个教育工作者面临的严峻课题。本研究以会计人才培养岗位胜任力为切人点，以创新会计教学体系、会计实践教学体系，特别是以会计专业主干课程为核心，对新世纪会计人才的培养予以研究。
