摘要
对重大突发事件应急救援志愿者的管理现状进行了实证分析,指出了重大突发事件应急救援志愿者的管理问题,提出了重大突发事件应急救援志愿者管理的优化思路,以及重大突发事件应急救援志愿者的管理优化的具体措施。
The paper firstly illustrates the definition of the major emergency and the rescue volunteer and reviews the relevant literature.Secondly,it makes an empirical analysis on the current management situation of the rescue volunteers.Thirdly,it indicates the specific management problem of the rescue volunteers.Fourthly,it puts forth the management optimization path of the rescue volunteer.Finally,it makes out the specific countermeasures of the management optimization for the rescue volunteers.
