秦皇岛32-6油田强化氮气泡沫驱实验 被引量:11

摘要 为选取满足QHD32-6油田油藏条件的强化泡沫驱注入参数,采用静态、动态实验相结合的方法,开展了氮气泡沫调驱室内实验。模拟QHD32-6油田流体和油藏物性,评价了不同起泡剂和稳泡剂的能力,以及不同气液比和注入方式下的泡沫体系封堵性能。实验结果表明:QHD32-6油田强化泡沫驱的合理气液比为1:1~3:1,最佳泡沫剂浓度为3000—5000mg/L,最佳稳泡剂浓度为700—1000mg/L,注入方式为混合注入。研制的强化氮气泡沫体系能够较好地改善水驱效果,提高原油采收率21%左右。 In order to determine the intensified foam injection parameters which fit for QHD32-60ilfield, laboratory experiment of nitrogen foam profile control is carried out combining static and dynamic experiment. Fluid and reservoir properties of QHD32-6 is simulated, performance of different foaming agent and foam stabilizing agent is evaluated, and blocking performance of foam systems with different gas-liquid ratio and injection method is evalua- ted. The result of the experiment shows that the rational gas-liquid ratio for intensified foam flooding in QHD 32-6 Oilfield is 1 : 1 - 3: 1, the optimum concentration of foam agent is 3 000 - 5 000 mg/L , the optimum foam stabilizing agent concentration is 700 - 1 000 mg/L, and the injection method should be mixed injection. The studied intensified nitrogen foam system can improve water flooding effect and increase the recovery factor by about 21%.
