摘要
分析了燃煤电厂湿法脱硫烟囱内衬产生腐蚀的原因,比较了泡沫玻璃砖内衬、内衬金属合金薄板和防腐涂料等3种湿法脱硫烟囱内衬防腐方法的优缺点,并综述了湿法脱硫烟囱内衬防腐涂料(包括耐酸胶泥、玻璃鳞片胶泥等)的应用状况。
The causes resulting in the corrosion of wet desulfurization chimney liner of coal-fired power plant were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of three corrosion protection methods including foam glass block lining,thin-sheet metallic lining,and corrosion-protective coating for wet desulphurization chimney were compared. The application status of anticorrosive coating materials,such as acid-resistant mortar and glass-flake mortar,to wet desulphurization chimney lining was summarized.
