摘要 煤岩体化学注浆加固就是利用化学浆液来充填和固结围岩(或煤层)的裂隙面,提高围岩整体性,保持围岩稳定。马兰矿在南五12504工作面过断层期间,通过研究论证,选用了波雷因化学加固材料对破碎煤岩体注浆加固,采用多打眼少注浆的方式,工作面初次加固完成后,在超前加固的前提下进行回采,然后根据现场工作面顶板情况考虑第二次注浆。确保了工作面过断层期间的安全高效生产。 Coal and rock chemical grouting reinforcement is the use of chemical grout filling and consolidated the fracture surface of surrounding rock(or coal seam),improve the integrity of surrounding rock,keep the stability of surrounding rock.During passing through the fault in 12504 working face of south five in Malan coal mine,through research,choose the poly-resin chemical reinforcement material grouting and reinforce crushing coal and rock,use the way of more drilling and less grouting,after first complete reinforcement in working face,in the premise of advanced reinforcement carry out mining,then according to the working face roof consider the second time grouting.Ensure that safe and highly effective production during passing through the fault in the working face.
