摘要
在集输-S型柔性立管系统中实验研究了阀门开度对管内压力特性的影响.实验环路由水平段、倾角为-2°的下倾段和S型柔性立管组成.环路内径为50 mm,水平段长114 m,下倾段长16m,柔性立管的垂直高度为15.3 m,全长24 m.实验发现,当阀门开度Z小于临界阀门开度Z_(crtl)时,由于流型发生了转变,随着Z的减小,系统压力急剧升高,压力波动幅度和波动周期锐减,对于本实验系统,Z_(crtl)在27%~30%之间.提出了一个节流稳定性分析模型,该模型可以预测节流过程中管内的流型转变,预测结果与实验数据吻合良好.
Riser top choking is an efficient method for eliminating severe slugging in offshore pipeline-riser systems. In this study, the effect of topside choking on the pressure characteristics in an S-shaped flexible riser was explored. The test loop with inside diameter of 50 mm used in the experiment consisted of a horizontal pipeline 114 m in length, a -2° downward inclined pipe 16 m in length, and an S-shaped flexible riser 15.3 m in vertical height and 24 m in length. The results show that the flow pattern transition from severe slugging occurred at the critical valve opening Zcrtl. The system pressure increased sharply and the amplitude and period of fluctuation in pressure decreased dramatically with the decrease in Z when Z〈2Zcrtl. For the system in the present study, Zcrtl ranged from 27% to 30%. A hydrodynamic model predicting the flow pattern transition by the effect of topside choking was developed, and the predictions agree reasonably well with the experiment data.
