摘要
针对实际工程中多状态系统的性能及其概率分布无法准确获得和不完全覆盖的问题,提出了一种可靠性计算方法.该方法利用模糊发生函数来分析多状态系统,根据分解定理,用截集的形式来表示元件的性能.对于计算系统处于各状态的概率分布和并发执行结构的性能,结合扩张原理,采用模糊数排序准则采比较元件的状态与运算冗余结构,以及串行结构的性能,解决了已有算法的计算结果只能得到近似值的问题.采用将不完全覆盖与系统模型分离的方法,使得模糊发生函数能够分析不完全覆盖的模糊多状态系统,既解决了未覆盖失效带来的元件相关性,也降低了分析的复杂性,从而为计算机编程提供了方便.
A reliability calculation method is proposed to deal with the problem that the performance rate in each state and probability distribution is difficult to evaluate accurately and imperfect fault coverage in practical project. Based on fuzzy universal generating function, the performance rate of the elements is described in cut set according to decomposition theorem, combining with extension principle, the probability distribution of every system states and the performance rate of concurrent structure are evaluated, and fuzzy ranking rules are considered to calculate the performance rate of redundant structure and serial structure to remedy the shortcoming that the existing algorithms can only get an approximate results. This method for resolving the imperfect fault coverage is to separate the consideration of uncovered failure from the MSS model, which reveals the dependence caused by uncovered failure, and reduces the complexity of analysis lead- ing to conveniently programming.
