摘要
介绍了非晶硅薄膜的制备原理以及硅膜制备过程中的重要改进方法,在制备非晶硅薄膜过程中从非晶硅膜结构的参数设计、生产中的工艺技术方法以及电池稳定性实验数据分析,提出采用该系列措施可在一定程度上改善硅薄膜太阳能电池不够稳定的缺陷.
This paper introduced the preparation principle of the amorphous silicon thin film and improvement methods for preparation of silicon membrane. In the process of preparing the amorphous silicon thin film,by discussing the parameter design of amorphous silicon membrane structure,the technology method and battery stability data analysis,the article proposes that taking these measures can improve the stability of the silicon thin film solar cells.
