摘要
近红外光谱分析是一种快速无损的绿色分析技术,该技术在粮油饲料、石化、纺织、制药等行业应用广泛,逐步成为这些行业的主要质量控制手段。为适用不同应用需求,聚光科技研制国产化的实验室、便携式以及在线分析三大系列近红外分析仪器,并且开发与仪器相配套的包含分析预测软件、化学计量学建模软件及网络远程管理软件三合一的软件系统。本文介绍聚光科技国产化近红外光谱分析仪的研究进展,以及所研制的近红外仪器软硬件组成模块、设计特点以及应用情况。
Near infrared spectroscopy is a nondestructive and rapid analysis technology, it has a wide application in the fields of grain and feed, petroleum chemistry, textile and pharmacy, and gradually becomes the main method of quality control in these fields. In order to meet the needs of different applications. FPI has developed a series of domestic NIR instruments including lab, portable and in-line patterns and created the corresponding integrated software with the functions of analysis and prediction, modeling and remote control management. This paper represents the research and development of FPI NIR instruments. including the hardware and software modules, the design features and application.
