摘要
采用CCD热喷涂状态监测设备对采用喷雾造粒方法制备的纳米结构Al2O3-13%TiO2喂料在等离子喷涂过程中的温度特性进行了研究。结果表明,CCD设备清晰地捕捉到了飞行粒子,其流量呈近似正态分布。喂料的温度最高超过2600℃,当下降到熔点附近时出现再次升高现象,内部熔化材料随气体在局部喷发而流到表面是导致出现这一现象的主要原因。
Nanostructured Al2O3-13%TiO2 feedstock was fabricated with spraying-dry method.During plasma spraying,feedstock temperature was studied with CCD thermal spray monitor.The results show that the flying particles are captured clearly by the CCD monitor,and the flux is nearly normal distribution.Highest temperature of the feedstock exceeds 2600 ℃,and the temperature increases again when it decreases to near the melting point.Melted material in the powder blow-up to the surface is the main reason which leads to such phenomena.
