知识经济时代,企业技术创新所依赖的知识基础呈现出分布式的特征,而技术和市场的快速变化也使得企业越来越重视对于外部知识的获取的利用。技术创新战略联盟为企业提供了一种从外部获取知识,进而适应知识基础的分布式特点的途径。杜邦公司作为一家以科技为基础的公司,在技术创新战略联盟的组建、知识的利用、联盟的类型和竞争性等方面具有非常典型的特点,通过分析这些特点有助于我们更进一步认识和理解技术创新战略联盟在知识的获取和利用方面的优势。
The enterprise＇s knowledge base for technological innovation is distributed in knowledge-based economy.At the same time the rapid change of technology and market makes the enterprises pay more and more attention to obtaining and exploiting outside knowledge.Technological innovation strategic alliance provides the enterprises a method to obtain the outside knowledge and suit to the distributed knowledge base.The technological innovation strategic alliances of DuPont,an enterprise based on science and technology,have typical characteristics in the type of alliance,the exploitation of knowledge,the rivalrousness and so on.Analysis on these characteristics can help us better understand the advantages of technological innovation strategic alliance in obtaining and exploiting knowledge.
