摘要
眼袋是由于皮肤、睑部轮匝肌、眶膈膜的松弛和眶脂肪的增加及脱垂所致。是中、老年人常见的外眼畸形。上、下眼睑均可发生。本组为54例眼袋病人作了眼睑成形术。术后随访观察3月～4年。结果良好。
Baggy eyes. which often occur in either upper or lower lids or both, with patients of middle and older ages, aree due to the laxity of the skin, the orbicularis oculi muscle and the orbital sp ctum, and also, the inorease protrusion of the intraorbital fat. Blepharoplasty was p rformed on fifty-four patients with the baggy eyes, with follow-up from 3 months to 4 yeays. The result was satisfactory.
