摘要
本文对211例眼穿通伤的视力及眼内组织损伤按不同的损伤部位进行了比较。统计学处理有非常显著的差异。结果表明:眼穿通伤致盲的主要原因是角膜中心穿通伤、外伤性白内障、玻璃体积血和眼内异物。文中对通过手术治疗以脱盲也进行了简要讨论。
The correlation between the visua impairments and intraoculartissue lesions with the locations of injury in 211 ocular penetrating injury cases were reviewed and compaired. There was significant difference in statistical analysis.The results showed that the chief causes of blindness were the central penatrating of cornea,traumatic cataract,vitreous hemorrhage and intraocular foreign body. The surgical treatment to avoid the blindness was also discussed.
