摘要
目的:对中山市人民医院甲状腺手术患者预防性应用抗菌药物的合理性进行评价。方法:收集2009年6月—2010年9月出院的所有甲状腺手术患者病历,剔除不符合要求病历后,对466份病历的患者年龄、性别,抗菌药物品种、给药时机及使用情况等进行统计分析。结果:中山市人民医院甲状腺手术使用以头孢菌素类为主的抗菌药物预防切口感染,存在药物选择欠妥、给药时机不当、应用时间过长等问题。结论:甲状腺手术应根据实际病情使用抗菌药物,严格按照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》规范用药,确保经济、有效、安全。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the rationality in the preventive use of antibiotics for patients undergoing thyroid operation in Zhongshan Municipal People＇s Hospital.METHODS： All the medical records of patients undergoing thyroid operations who were discharged from Zhongshan Municipal People＇s Hospital between Jun.2009 and Sept.2010 were collected,after excluding the ineligible medical records,the remaining 466 medical records were analyzed statistically regarding patients＇ age and sex,varieties of antibiotics,administration time and utilization etc.RESULTS： Cephalosporins were the predominant antibiotics used for prevention of infection of incisional wound of patients undergoing thyroid operation.The antibiotic use was characterized by improper choice of antibiotics,improper administration time and prolonged use etc.CONCLUSION： The use of antibiotics for patients undergoing thyroid operation should be based on actual condition and follow the guiding principle of clinical use of antibiotics to ensure economic,efficient and reasonable drug use.
