摘要
面对信息化建设的复杂性,越来越多的企业选择了同咨询公司合作。阐述了咨询在企业信息化建设中的必要性,分析了咨询在企业信息化规划及发展战略编制中的作用,探讨了企业信息化咨询的合理性,通过专业咨询人员及其知识传承的论述,提出了企业在信息化咨询中需要关注的问题。
Facing the complexity of informatization construction, more and more enterprises select the cooperation with consultation company. This paper expounds the necessity of the consultation in enterprise＇s informatization construction, analyzes the functions of the consultation in enterprise＇s informatization planning and development strategy compiling, probes into the rationality of enterprise＇s informatization consultation, and through the discussion on professional consultants and knowledge inheritance, puts forward some problems needing attention in enterprise＇s informatization consultation.
