摘要
在工程施工中,金属管道焊接时电流形成剩磁场以及受外界电磁场的影响等原因,常产生偏磁,造成焊接电弧偏吹现象,影响焊接质量,不能正常施焊。通过分析焊口磁偏吹产生的原因,经过反复试验和验证,研究出"导磁屏蔽罩"消磁技术,能够有效地消除金属管道焊接过程中的电弧磁偏吹影响,经实践证明,此技术简便、易行、快捷、有效。
During project construction,magnetic bias often occurs because of the residual magnetic field formed by the current when welding metal pipes and influence from external electromagnetic fields.This may result in welding arc magnetic blow which may influence the normal welding and welding quality.Through analysis on the causes for the arc magnetic blow and repeated testing and validation,degaussing technology of magnetic shielding cover is developed which can effectively eliminate the impact of arc magnetic blow in the process of metal pipeline welding.The practice shows that this technology is simple and easy to apply,efficient and effective.
