摘要
随着科技的发展，高等院校越来越重视对教师科研信息的管理。本系统开发采用B／S计算模式，Windows2003为系统操作平台，SQLServer为后台数据库，开发语言为Java，框架采用S2SH技术。结合软件工程应用经验、利用面向对象的分析方法、MVC等技术从多个角度设计、开发此系统．并提出系统需要完善的地方。
With the development of science, colleges and universities pay more attention to the management of scientific information system. The main technique in the system design is B/S comput- ing mode. The system employs Windows 2003 platform, SQL Server as background database, Java as exploration language and S2SH framework. Combines with the application of software engineering experience, and uses object oriented analysis method, MVC technology and so on to design and develop this system from multi angle. And points out something that the system need to improve.
