摘要
观察滴眼及结膜下注射秋水仙碱对兔眼滤过手术后伤口纤维母细胞增殖的抑制作用,发现秋水仙碱有抑制滤过切口纤维增生的能力,结膜下给药效果更好,副作用少。
We tested the ability of colchicine to inhibit cicatrization at the filtering site in an experimental model. Postoperatively, one eye of each animal received subconjunctival in jection of colchicine and the fellow eye received topical instillation. The results showed colchicine was able to inhibit fibroblast proliferation. The effect of subconjunctival injection was better than topical instillation. Signs of ocular toxicity were not obvious.
