摘要
目的:观察艾灸配合针刺治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效,验证艾灸治疗痛经时对针刺是否有协同作用。方法:选择87例痛经病人分成两组。治疗组47例采用针刺和艾灸并用的治疗方法,艾灸取穴关元、足三里、归来,同时对痛经伴随的不同兼症随症加减取穴。而对照组40例仅用针刺治疗,亦随症取穴。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.5%,对照组总有效率是75.0%。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:艾灸、针刺同时用于痛经治疗具有协同作用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with acupuncture and moxibustion in order to verify the process and the synergistic effect of acupuncture.Methods：87 cases of dysmenorrhea patients were divided into two groups.47 patients were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion and associated with dysmenorrhea,according to different cards and added subtract acupoints;The control group used only 40 cases of acupuncture,acupoints,the principle of selecting points as treatment group.Result：The total effective rate was 91.5% in the treatment group,the total efficiency was 75.0% in the control group,and the difference was significant（P0.05）.The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion：Moxibustion combined with acupuncture has a very good synergistic effect on dysmenorrhea.
