摘要
目的探讨标本溶血对临床常规生化检验结果的影响以及预防措施。方法选择本院2011年3~6月在门诊进行体检的60例正常人作为研究对象,采用全自动生化分析仪进行检测其正常和溶血血清中的总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、肌酸激酶(CK)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、钙(Ca)、无机磷(IP)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量,数据采用配对资料秩和检验的统计方法分析。结果 TBIL、DBIL、TP、ALB、CK、GT、ALT、AST、ALP、ACP、α-HBDH、UA、GLU的值溶血前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);TC、TG、IP的值溶血前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);BUN、Cr、Ca的值前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论标本溶血对很多临床生化检验结果有显著的影响,临床上应采取有效措施预防溶血的出现。
Objective To investigate hemolysis on routine clinical impact of biochemical test results and prevention measures.Methods A hospital in March 2011 to June in the outpatient medical examination of 60 normal subjects for the study, the use of automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the normal and hemolytic serum total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), creatine kinase (CK), glutamyl peptidase (GT), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), acid phosphatase (ACP), α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH), calcium (Ca), inorganic phosphorus (IP), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), uric acid (UA), glucose (GLU) content, data rank test for paired data for statistical analysis. Results TBIL, DBIL, TP, ALB, CK, GT, ALT, AST, ALP, ACP, α-HBDH, UA, GLU values hemolysis before and after had a very significant difference (P0.01).TC, TG, IP's values before and after hemolysis had significant difference(P0.05).BUN, Cr, Ca values before and after had no significant difference (P 0.05).Conclusion Hemolysis of the many clinical biochemical test results have a significant impact on clinical practice should take effective measures to prevent emergence of hemolysis.
