摘要
目的 总结分析治疗结核性胸膜炎376例的临床体会,并探讨治疗方法.方法 对2007年1月~2011年1月川北医学院附属医院感染科376例的住院患者进行回顾性分析.结果 376例结核性胸膜炎患者78.5%具有典型的结核中毒症状,所有病例在抗结核治疗同时尽早胸穿抽液,联合应用肾上腺皮质激素,治愈168例（44.7%）,胸膜肥厚176例（46.8%）,包裹32例（8.5%）.结论 通过分析结核性胸膜炎的临床特点,做到早期诊断,合理治疗,可以收到良好疗效.
Objective Analysis of treatment of 376 cases of tuberculous pleurisy clinical experience, and probing the methods of treatment. Methods To retrospective analysis our hospital 376 cases of hospitalized patients with nosocomial infections On 1, 2008-1, 2011. Results 376 cases of patients with tuberculous pleurisy 78.5% typical tubercular symptom, all cases in the antituberculosis treatment at the same time as early as possible thoracentesis, combined application of adrenal cortical hormone, 168 cases of cured （44.7%）, 176 cases of pleural thickening （46.8%）, 32 cases of parcel （8.5%）. Conclusion Through the analysis of the clinical characteristic of tuberculous pleurisy, achieveing early diagnosis, proper treatment, it can receive the good effect.
