摘要
对收治的21例手足口病患者进行对症治疗,并积极做好心理护理、发热护理、口腔护理、皮肤护理、饮食护理等工作,21例患者全部治愈,且不同程度地缩短了治疗天数。手足口病无特效治疗方法,主要是以对症治疗和精心护理为主。积极有效地护理是提高治愈率的保证,有利于切断手足口病的传播途径,控制其暴发流行。
In 21 cases,patients with hand,foot,and mouth disease were given symptomatic treatment.Psychological care,care for fevers,oral and skin care,and dietary care were actively provided.All 21 patients recovered fully and the duration of treatment（in days） decreased to different degrees.There is no specific treatment for hand,foot,and mouth disease,and treatment was mainly provided in the form of symptomatic treatment and careful nursing.Active and effective nursing ensures improvement of the recovery rate,cuts off the route of transmission of hand,foot,and mouth disease,and controls outbreaks.
