摘要
研究生奖助制度改革与研究生利益密切相关,"以奖代免"制度在给研究生带来福利的同时也给研究生带来了压力。对实施研究生奖学金制度的学校的30名研究生的访谈结果发现:(1)研究生对于奖学金制度有着比较客观的认识;(2)现行奖学金制度给研究生带来了经济、人际、实践活动和科研压力;(3)来自经济、人际、实践活动和科研的压力给研究生的学习生活产生了不同程度的影响。
The reformation of the postgraduate grant system is closely related to postgraduate＇ s interests. The system of the scholarship brings both benefits and pressure to the postgraduate. The interview results of 30 students show that： （ 1 ）the postgraduate scholarship system can be treated objectively; （2）current scholarship system brings economic, interpersonal, practice activities and scientific research pressure; （3） these pressures have different influence on their life and study.
