摘要
简述了羰基法精炼镍的技术原理,从羰基镍产品（纳米级镍粉、微米级镍粉、气相沉积复合粉）的研究与开发、羰基镍生产设备与工艺过程优化等方面小结我国羰基镍工业的技术现状。由于热解羰基镍可以制备出性能各异、形状不同的多种产品,随着当前材料科学与技术的突飞猛进,以这些形状各异、性能奇特的羰基镍产品为原料,可以研制出许多性能优异的高新技术产品,其市场前景十分广阔。
The principle and technology of producing refined nickel from carbonyl nickel were introduced.Meanwhile,the technical progress in Chinese carbonyl nickel industry is summarized in aspects of research and development of carbonyl nickel products（nano nickel powders,nickel powders,gas deposition composite powders）,processing equipment and technology etc.Many products of different shapes with different physical-chemical characteristics can be manufactured from carbonyl nickel.With the current rapid advances in materials science and technology,many high-performance products can be developed with carbonyl nickel products as raw materials.So there is a bright future for the carbonyl nickel.
