摘要
通过问卷调查的方式,从毕业生的家庭状况、社会心理状态和基层就业意向等十五个方面了解西南交通大学07级毕业生下基层态度,发现了目前存在的部分问题并针对性地提出应对措施,为有针对性地对大学生进行思想引导、吸引毕业生到基层就业、树立正确的择业观提供客观依据。
Through the survey, from graduates of the family situation, social psychology and primary employment intention understanding in 15 areas of Southwest Jiaotong University 07 University graduates in the grassroots approach and found some existing problems and puts forward the response to Measures targeted for the ideological guidance of college students, attracting students to primary employment, establish a correct concept of career to provide an objective basis.
