摘要
为了减少体检等待时间,提高医院设备利用率,减少医生工作量并方便体检者查询结果.在系统的设计中构建了体检排队模型,利用元胞自动机对其求解,并应用了基于案例推理的数据挖掘技术以及B/S和C/S的混合结构.最后,得到体检者体检排队顺序,实现了初步诊断意见的自动输出,同时兼顾了系统的扩展性和安全性,使体检管理信息系统更加完善.
The queuing model of medical examination is proposed to save the waiting time,increase the equipment utilization rate,reduce work load and provide conveniency of query.Problem solving of this model is implemented by Cellular Automata,case-based reasoning,data mining and hybrid structure between B/S and C/S.As a result,the order of the queue and automatic preliminary diagnosis is obtained,meanwhile,both expansibility and safty of the system are taken into account and the medical examination information system is improved.
