摘要
采用抑菌圈法测定17种杀菌剂对桃细菌性穿孔病菌的毒力,结果表明:链霉素和春雷霉素的毒力最高,其EC50分别为27.5193g/L和17.2010g/L;链霉素和春雷霉素对桃细菌性穿孔病菌的联合毒力测定,两药以6∶1混配,具有增效作用;抑菌谱试验发现该混剂对6种病原菌也有很好的抑制作用。
By the inhibition zone method,inhibitory activities of seventeen fungicides against Xanthomonas pruni (Smith)Down were tested. The results showed that streptomycin and kasugamycin had the strongest inhibition and EC50 were 27. 5193 g/L and 17. 2010 g/L, respectively. The mixture of streptomycin and kasugamycin also showed the synergistic inhibition at the ratio of 6 " 1. Inhibition spectrum tests demonstrated that the mixture also had high inhibition to 6 pathogenic fungi at the same ratio.
