2-乙酰吡啶缩羟乙基乙二胺锌配合物的合成及晶体结构研究

Synthesis and crystal structure of a Zn(Ⅱ) complex from 2-acetylpyridine and hydroxyethyl ethylene diamine

摘要 目的合成一种新Schiff碱锌配合物。方法以2-乙酰吡啶,羟乙基乙二胺和金属Zn(II)离子为原料合成一种新的Schiff碱金属锌配合物,用X-射线单晶衍射法对其结构进行表征。结果标题化合物属于三斜晶系,空间群P1,晶胞参数a=0.814 3(10)nm,b=0.917 91(12)nm,c=1.267 69(14)nm,α=74.256 0(10)°,β=75.117(2)°,γ=71.838 0(10)°,V=0.851 0(18)nm3,Dc=1.517 g/cm3,Z=2,μ=1.695 mm-1,F(000)=400,R=0.030 9,wR=0.069 4。结论该化合物结构中锌原子分别与5个N原子配位,呈正方锥体构型。化合物分子通过N1-H1…O1和O1-H1A…S1分子间氢键及π…π堆积作用自组装成二维网络结构。这些分子间作用力对晶体的组成、稳定性及结晶起了重要的作用。其结果为进一步研究该类化合物的结构及结构与性质等方面的关系提供基础数据。 Aim To synthesize a new Zn(Ⅱ) and Schiff base complex from 2-acetylpyridine and hydroxyethyl ethylene diamine.Methods The compound was obtained by condensation reaction of 2-acetylpyridine,and hydroxyethyl ethylene diamine with Zn(II) ion.The structure of Zn(II) and Schiff base complex was characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction.Results The results show that the compound crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with cell parameter of a =0.814 3(10) nm,b=0.917 91(12) nm,c=1.267 69(14) nm,α =74.256 0(10)°,β =75.117(2)°,γ =71.838 0(10)°,V =0.851 0(18) nm3,Dc =1.517 g/cm3,Z=2,μ =1.695 mm-1,F(000) =400,R=0.030 9,wR=0.069 4.Conclusion In the structure of the title compound,the Zn(Ⅱ) atom is penta-coordinated by five nitrogen atoms,leading to a distorted square pyramidal coordination.The molecules were self-assembled to form a two-dimensional network by the intermolecular N1—H1…O1 and O1—H1A…S1 hydrogen bonds and π…π stacking interactions.These intermolecular interactions play very important roles in the formation,stability and crystallization of the title compound.The research results provide basic data for further studying the relationship of structure and properties of these compounds.
