摘要
设计一种新型切割装置,在工作的过程中可以通过伸缩来调节机身的长度、通过旋转锯片来调节切割角度,首先分析了总体方案、伸缩机构、转向机构,然后运用了三维软件建模以检查机械机构的完整性,并引入人因工程理论进行了人性化的设计;为地震灾区、车祸现场、施工工地等复杂的救援场合提供了一定的设备保障,大大提高了救援效率,同时也可以应用于一般场合,目前已经投入实际使用并取得了良好的效果;其性价比高,具备良好的市场推广价值。
A new cutting machine has been designed,which can adjust the length of the machine through flexing as well as adjust the cutting angle through a rotating saw blade in the process of working.Firstly,the overall scheme,telescopic structure,and steering mechanism are analyzed,then a model is built with 3D software to check the integrity of the mechanism,and the theory of Human Factors Engineering is introduced to conduct humanized design;Thus,certain new equipment safeguard can be offered for complex rescue occasions,such as earthquake disaster areas,accident sites,and construction site,which would great-ly improve the efficiency of aid.On the other hand,it can also be applied to general situation.For the time being,it has been put into service and exhibited good characteristics.For its high cost performance,the ma-chine is valuable for marketing promotion.
