房产中介销售人员工作压力状况调查研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过实证调查显示,66.4%的房产中介销售人员的工作压力比较大。经济、政治环境的不确定性、竞争、职业发展、角色模糊、工作收入不确定性、工作超载或超时、工作紧张、工作复杂、占据家人时间、影响与家人的沟通、工作和学习冲突是房产中介销售人员工作压力的主要来源。在较大工作压力之下,房产中介销售人员的身心健康状况值得关注。公司和个人对于应对压力都采取了一定的措施,但都是基于发泄和思想上积极应对为主。公司方面应基于其销售人员压力感的来源提高工作措施的针对性。 The empirical investigation shows that most salesmen of real estate agents have larger job stress, The main sources of the job stress are from uncertainty of economic and political environment, competition, career development, role ambiguity, uncertainty of job income, overload or overtime of work, job complexity, family time taking, conflict with their families, and conflict of job and study. Under the larger job stress, the salesmen's physical and mental health of real estate agent should be taken care of. Companies and individuals have taken some measures to deal with the job stress, but they are only based on the abreaction and ideologically active responding. Companies should improve working practices according to the sources of the work stress.
