摘要
针对某型铁路轴承安装时出现压装力偏低的问题,对比分析了不同厂家生产的铁路轴承的摩擦系数、磷化膜的成分和微观形貌。结果表明,使用的铁路轴承安装时压装力偏低的主要原因是其轴承磷化膜晶粒细小而致密且磷化膜较厚所致。
Aimed at the low compressional force of railway bearing during assembly, the friction coefficient, the component and microstructure of the phosphate film of railway bearing produced by different factories are comparatively analyzed. The result shows that the main cause of low compressional force is fine and dense phosphate film grains and thick phosphate film.
