摘要
通过对一起白酒蒸气爆炸事故的研究,结合与事故现场相同条件下的模拟实验,对白酒输送过程中输酒管口、罐内白酒液面等处静电积聚情况进行实验测试。通过实验,发现白酒在管道输送和喷溅过程中发生静电积聚和放电的现象,揭示相关基础理论中存在的误判。
Combined with the study of a liquor steam explosion and simulation experiments under the same conditions with the accident,accumulation of static electricity in liquor transportation nozzle and liquid surface in the tank was tested.The phenomenon of static electricity accumulation and discharge,through experiments,was discovered in the process of pipeline transportation and spray of liquor,which reveals misjudgments of relevant basic theory.
