摘要
为实现物流企业人力资源绩效的科学和准确考核,提出在KPI的基础上设计360°员工绩效评价体系。即从运输、仓储、配送业务运作中客户对员工的绩效评价,直接上级对下级的绩效评价,平级之间的绩效评价,下级对上级的绩效评价及员工的自我评估等五方面设计指标体系,并依此进行全方位考核。
In order to realize scientifically and precise evaluation for logistics enterprises,the 360 degrees resource evaluating system design on base of KPI is offered.It means to design evaluating system from client's appraising for employee during transporting and storing and delivery,and high level's appraising and same level's appraising and low level's appraising and one self's appraising,and to accordingly evaluate.
