摘要
采用Mastersizer 2000激光粒度分析仪和分光光度计以及X射线衍射仪对Yb︰CaF2透明陶瓷进行了粒度和透光度及成分的分析,结果表明,不同粒度分布的原料粉所制备的透明陶瓷的透光度有较大差异。结论:原料粉的粒度分布明显影响Yb︰CaF2透明陶瓷烧结性能。
The powder particle size distribution, transparency and components of the Yb : CaF2 transparent ceramic were analyzed by The Mastersizer 2000 laser particle size analyzer, spectrophotometer, and X--ray diffractometer. The results show that the transparency of transparent ceramic prepared by the raw materials powder of different particle size distribution is very different. Raw material powder particle size distribution obviously influence Yb:CaF2 transparent ceramic sintering performance.
