摘要 本文根据仪器学理论和作者的实践,从仪器的设计、生产和使用的角度,研究了与紫外可见分光光度计(UVS)的光度准确度Photometric Accuracy(PA)有关的问题。同时,提出了如何保证或提高UVS的PA的主要途径。本文是作者40多年来,从事UVS仪器研制和使用的经验总结,具有可操作性。可供仪器设计、生产和使用的有关人员参考。 Based on instrumental theory and the practical experience of the arthor, the problems relating to the photometric accuracy of UV/visible spectrophotometer are discussed from the angles of instrument design, production and application. The influences of wavelength, stray light, noise and SBW were discussed. The main ways to guarantee and raise the photometric accuracy of UV/visible spectrophotmeter are presented.
