摘要
现代机械加工中,对于角向磨光机的散热性能要求越来越高。文章以形状灵敏度分析为基础,以此确定对散热性能影响较大的设计变量。首先对角磨进行三维参数化建模,针对散热性能仿真计算,考查其内部热流动情况。选定设计变量,构造目标函数,通过对各设计变量目标函数的响应值进行灵敏度分析,最终确定影响较大的设计变量,为以后的工作奠定基础。
Nowadays, the thermal performance requirement about the angle grinder is increased in machine industry. The paper determined the important design variables to impact the heat dissipation based on shape sensitivity analysis and built up three-dimension parameter model, carried out heat dissipation simulate calculation to check out its internal heat transfer ,set design variables, built up target functions, then conducted sensitivity analysis through the responses values of various target functions to assure the major influence design variables ,which lay a solid foundation for future design.
